The Festival:
Admission to the festival is only $10 and is free to overnight guests of the KOA & anyone participating in the Tim Gavin Race or the Amateur Raft Race.
The Festival Starts at Noon at the Harpers Ferry KOA campground. LOTS OF KID FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES!
Live Music from Noon ’til 10pm. Check for performance listing and updates here.
Plenty of Good Food, have a bite to eat while you listen to live music, vegetarian friendly!!!!!

Note- All Tim Gavin Down River Racers will receive 20% off the cost of their stay on Festival weekend with proof of race registration at the time of check in! Racers will need to register for race prior to check-in at the KOA. (If racers check in to KOA prior to registering for the race there will be no refund of discount.)
